After I completed my second set of compositions (The Writing on the Wall) I began working on a new set of songs. This would be my third set of compositions. I was busy teaching while living with two very nice families in Olalla, Washington at the time. I would often visit the University of Puget Sound, have dinner, and play the grand piano in the lounge area of the student center. It was at these locations that I wrote most of the compositions for: "Celebration of Love. Yet one of the songs (Love Me with Your Heart) I wrote while traveling down a river in a Philippine jungle. On this CD I tried to include a few pieces that have more of a traditional classical style that would complement the time of the early 19th century. Nevertheless, most of the pieces are contemporary. All of them are symbolic of real events of the past, present, and future.
